Plans are now finalised for camp, with only kit sorting and packing remaining to be done along with food purchasing and making sure we have all of the correct maps and so on which we need.
Group train tickets have been purchased and are sitting on the coffee table. A minibus to be used for the week is booked and being picked up and driven to the camp by an accomplice on Saturday morning.
There is still a lot of printing of info and programmes to be done though, and making sure I have all the right reference material with me for the various activities we will be doing. I also have to ensure that the relevant authorisation forms have been filled in and sent to the District Commissioner and Group Scout Leader, and confirm that everyone attending has a Health Information Form filled in so we can refer to them should anything happen to go wrong.
Looking forward to it though and hoping the weather is good for the week.
